Spider Solitaire is one of those games
people have mostly heard about but mostly never played. And it’s really a
wonder why. It’s one of the better ways to pass the time when you’re alone,
that’s for sure.
I got my spider solitaire download just a
few days ago and here’s what I thought about it.
For starters, the graphics is just so-so.
But I expected this mainly because of two things. First, it’s a free solitaire
download. I can hardly expect anything cutting-edge on most anything that’s
free. And second, it’s a card game! Why would anyone invest time and money to
make stunning graphics for a card game?

download looked like green felt. Clearly it was made to resemble a real playing
card table. The cards look enough like real playing cards. Not that that’s a
big deal. Again, it’s a computer game. A free solitaire download at that. I
don’t think anyone really expects that anything looks life-like.
Moving on, the audio field on the spider
solitaire download is sufficient. There’s no background music. That may be a
disappointment to some, but I personally am okay with it. I can just my own
music really loud while playing, you know? It’s better than the “soothing”,
sort of elevator music most free solitaire download games come with.
Sound effects on my spider solitaire
download was adequate, though. I can hear the shuffling and card moving noises
well enough.
Now, whenever I get a free solitaire
download or some other game, I usually sit down and play it for an hour or so.
It’s enough to let me get a feel of the game and tell me if I’ll be deleting it
any time soon. For the spider solitaire download, the thing I disliked is
sitting on my chair, looking at the same background for one hour and not
wanting to move my mouse around because I wasn’t ready to make a play just yet.
Luckily, this spider solitaire download has
a save game feature. So I can save it and stretch or get food or basically just
stare somewhere else. When I’m ready I come back to it and my free solitaire
download is just right where I left it. I just wish there’s also a speed
feature for this spider solitaire download. That would have made me play even
longer.
Nevertheless, this free solitaire download
is a superb computer card game. Of course, the best thing I like about the
whole spider solitaire download is the fact that it’s free! Spider Solitaire
really is an awesome game, truth be told. It’s simple enough to play, but can
while away the time without you realizing it. You’ll be surprised to find out
how much fun you’re having playing it. You’d probably be moving through the
difficulty levels in no time at all.
